Dan Goodier, Executive Director

dan_goodier I began my tenure on the CCHS campus in October of 2000. As Executive Director, I am personally committed to offering customers an exceptional choice of living environments and access to consistent, high quality healthcare services that our residents and their families can count on when needed.

I find it difficult to pick out only one, or even a hundred favorite moments I have had on our campus. However, I find it safe to say that every ‘favorite moment’ has something to do with the smiles of those we serve.

The kindness, respect, and genuine Christian love we share are daily reminders of our humanity. It is an honor to serve, and yet a truly humbling responsibility.


Janelle Johnson, Corporate Finance Director

DSC03850Prior to joining Christian Community Homes and Services I spent eighteen years working for a large hospital system in Minneapolis.

My primary responsibility here at CCHS is to help ensure the financial health of our Hudson and Osceola locations by working with leadership to manage our resources responsibly. I will also be responsible for producing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to our board of directors and external agencies.

In my short time here, I have been very impressed with the family atmosphere. The interactions between team members and residents, is one based on dignity, respect and compassion. I look forward to being a member of the Christian Community Homes & Services family.


Debi Mager, Director of Financial Services

Working at CCHS since 2013, has been a huge blessing to me.

As the Director of Financial Services, I oversee all of the Hudson and Osceola billing/accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. My favorite part of my job is meeting the residents and their family’s one-on-one and helping with the Medicaid application or renewal process.

At this stage in my life, I knew I wanted a less traditional accounting job and something more missional. I have found that here at CCHS. I love developing relationships with our residents.

I feel honored to be a part of the lives of some of the most fascinating and wonderful people. I look forward to serving our residents for a long time to come.


Deb Bartz, Director of Nursing

Deb_BI began my career in health care as a Certified Nursing Assistant in 1978. From there I went on to nursing school and became a Registered Nurse in 1990. As a Registered Nurse I have spent time working in a correctional facility, acute care and long-term care. I find that long-term care is where I am ultimately the happiest as I always gravitate back to it.

Before becoming the Director of Nursing here in Osceola I started as a floor nurse and then a Clinical Manager at our Hudson facility for 10 years. Working for Christian Community Homes and Services has been a wonderful experience. Seeing residents smile and listening to their stories is my favorite part of working here. I feel a lot can be learned from the generations before us.


Tina Burton, Director of Human Resources

Tina Burton - HR DirectorI have been with Christian Community Homes and Services since 1981.

Over the years, I have held several positions which have helped me to grow into my current position as the Director of Human Resources. I enjoy working with our employees and assisting with their benefit needs as they change.

The things I like most about CCHS are the relationships that are formed with residents and staff by working in such a caring environment.

Many of us have become like family working together over the years.
