Our state-of-the-art kitchens allow our culinary team to provide our residents with menu selections that will please the most discriminating palates.
Our skilled nursing facility houses both our nursing home as well as our transitional/short-term residents. The ala carte menu offers breakfast favorites including eggs any style, hot and cold cereals, griddle pastries, Belgian waffles with fresh strawberries and whipped cream, breakfast meats of smoked ham and steaks. The menu is varied and features our Chef’s Skills in a Skillet, which changes daily.
Lunch and dinner follow in a similar format offering an ala carte menu including homemade soups, salads, deli sandwiches, chops, seafood, burgers, omelets and again our Chef’s Skills in a Skillet.
Skillet offerings include, but are not limited to chicken parmesan, braised short ribs, chow mein, spareribs and sauerkraut, chicken and dumplings, and many more. Don’t forget to save room for dessert too!
For those residents with special dietary needs and restrictions our nursing department and our Registered Dietician work closely with the Dietary Manager to ensure that every dietary requirement is established, monitored, and maintained in conjunction with medical directives. Balanced and nutritious meals are provided for all our residents.
